Aubrey Morin is an attorney in the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He focuses his practice on counseling and litigation involving corporations and other business entities formed under Delaware law.
Prior to joining Morris James, Aubrey worked as a corporate and business litigation attorney at a highly regarded Amlaw 200 firm and, prior to that, at a well-respected Delaware law firm, representing clients in a wide range of matters including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and business tort claims, as well as in disputes arising under Delaware’s business statutes.
