Nicholas J. Caggiano, Jr. represents developers, investors, joint ventures, holding companies and other parties utilizing a variety of entity structures, including limited partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations and statutory trusts, primarily in transactional matters. He has extensive experience with energy industry project development, secured project finance, power supply contract restructurings and related matters. He also has over 17 years of experience representing trustees and trusts in new and restructured corporate finance transactions, including securitizations, trust preferred securities, leveraged lease financings, collateral trusts, escrows and custody arrangements. Mr. Caggiano received his Bachelor of Chemical Engineering Degree, cum laude, from Villanova University in 1978, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 1987. He served as an editor of the Villanova Law Review, and was awarded membership in the Order of the Coif. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Caggiano was a registered Professional Engineer working in the energy industry.
Mr. Caggiano is admitted to practice law in Delaware and Pennsylvania, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Delaware Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Energy Bar Association.
