Matthew F. Lintner is a partner in the Business Litigation and Corporate and Fiduciary Litigation Practice Groups. He has represented clients in complex litigation in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels, and before various administrative tribunals. He has litigated matters involving a wide variety of substantive issues, including corporate and alternative entity governance, fiduciary duties, business tort, intellectual property, trade regulation, professional liability, insurance coverage, real estate and environmental issues.
Mr. Lintner received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 1987. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from Stanford Law School in 1990, where he was a member of the Stanford Law Review. Mr. Lintner formerly served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of California. He is a member of the Delaware Bar and the California Bar, and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
