Lewis C. Ledyard, III is primarily involved in two practice areas at Morris James: Financial Institutions and Commercial Transactions and Corporations and Other Business Organizations. Mr. Ledyard concentrates his practice on the use of business trusts, limited liability companies and other business entities in complex financing transactions. His practice includes acting as Delaware counsel to financial institutions, trustees and other parties in both domestic and international transactions such as leveraged leases, asset securitizations and other business ventures.

Mr. Ledyard is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Business Law and the Delaware State Bar Association Commercial Law Section.

Mr. Ledyard was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina in 1964 and admitted to the Delaware State Bar in 1990. He received his B.A. degree from Tulane University in 1986 and his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1990.
