Kevin G. Healy is a founding member of the Morris James Personal Injury Group, and the recipient of The News Journal Readers' Choice Award for Delaware's Best Lawyer (1st place) for 2001 and 2002. Mr. Healy is the author of PIP Tips, a bi-monthly publication offering the medical community helpful advice regarding Delaware's no-fault insurance law.
From 2000-2002, Mr. Healy was a featured panelist at The National Business Institute's annual seminar, "Trying the Automobile Injury Case in Delaware," and chaired the Delaware Trial Lawyer Association's 2002 Winter Seminar, "What's Hot in Civil Litigation."
Mr. Healy received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Delaware in 1981, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Widener University School of Law in 1986, receiving the American Jurisprudence award for constitutional law. Mr. Healy is admitted to practice before the Delaware and Pennsylvania Supreme Courts, the United States District Courts for the Districts of Delaware, and New Jersey, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Memberships include the Delaware Trial Lawyers' Association, and the American Trial Lawyers' Association.
