Keith E. Donovan's practice focuses on personal injury and insurance cases. He is a partner in the personal injury group in the Dover, Delaware office.
Born in Lewes, Delaware in 1966, Mr. Donovan was admitted to the Delaware State Bar in 1991. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 1988, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Widener University School of Law in 1991.
Mr. Donovan is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Defense Counsel of Delaware. He is a speaker on automobile insurance issues and on trial techniques and strategies.
