Edward M. McNally focuses his practice on corporate law and business litigation. In the area of corporate law, Mr. McNally has represented stockholders, directors, special committees and corporations in virtually every type of corporate dispute.

In business litigation, Mr. McNally has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in jury and bench trials. Over the last 30 years, Mr. McNally has been involved in litigation leading to over 250 written judicial opinions in his cases.

Mr. McNally is listed as a leading business litigator in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business (2005 and 2006 editions) and Guide to the Leading US Litigation Lawyers.

Mr. McNally is also the author of the Delaware Voluntary Mediation Act and has participated in numerous mediations, arbitrations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. McNally was born in Wilmington, Delaware and was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 1972. He was educated at Boston College [B.A., 1969] and Columbia Law School [J.D., 1972]. He has held numerous positions with the Delaware State Bar Association, including serving as Vice Chairman [1986-88] and Chairman [1988-90] of the Corporation Law Section. From 2000 through 2002, he was the Chair of the Lawyers' Fund For Client Protection of the Supreme Court of Delaware, a position appointed by the Delaware Supreme Court.
