David H. Williams' practice focuses on both the Firm's Governmental Relations and Employment Law and Education Law practices. Mr. Williams has represented numerous private and government entities in preventive counseling concerning employment matters, employment litigation, administrative hearings and collective bargaining negotiations. The government entities he represents include eleven school districts and three municipalities.
Mr. Williams was born in Wilmington and admitted to the Delaware Bar in 1975. He was educated at Gettysburg College [B.A., 1972], and Dickinson School of Law [J.D., 1975]. Mr. Williams is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the Delaware State and American Bar Associations, the National School Boards Association Council of School Attorneys, and the Delaware Council of School Board Attorneys (President). He was a member of the Delaware Board of Bar Examiners from 1990 to 1996.
Mr. Williams is listed as one of the top employment lawyers in Delaware in the 2003 through 2006 editions of Chambers USA - America's Leading Lawyers for Business.
