Shannon S. Frazier is an associate in the Transactional Group, where she practices in the areas of Corporations and Other Business Organizations and Financial Institutions and Commercial Transactions.
Ms. Frazier was awarded her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Florida in 1997, and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 2000. While at Tulane, Ms. Frazier was awarded a merit scholarship, was a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, and was a member of Phi Delta Phi.
Ms. Frazier is admitted to practice before the Delaware Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. She is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
