Carl N. Kunz, III ("Chuck") is involved in two practice areas: Bankruptcy and Reorganization and Business Litigation. In bankruptcy matters, Mr. Kunz represents both secured and unsecured creditors, including trade creditors, landlords, financial institutions, equipment lessors, insurance companies and individuals, in large, complex Chapter 11 reorganizations. In traditional litigation matters, Mr. Kunz represents parties to contract disputes and other large commercial disputes.
Mr. Kunz graduated in 1988 with a B.A. in Economics from the University of New Hampshire. He obtained his J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 1993. Mr. Kunz is admitted to practice in Delaware and is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Kunz is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
