Katherine J. Neikirk is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group where she focuses on issues involving corporate and commercial litigation. Ms. Neikirk graduated summa cum laude from Villanova University School of Law in 2001. While at Villanova, Ms. Neikirk was a Managing Editor of Student Works for the Villanova Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Oberlin College in 1996.
Ms. Neikirk is admitted to practice in Delaware and is a member of the Delaware State and American Bar Associations.
