James H. McMackin, III is an associate in the Litigation Group where he practices in the areas of Employment Law, Education Law and Governmental Relations.
Mr. McMackin is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Business Section of the American Bar Association. Before graduating from law school cum laude, Mr. McMackin was an intern to the Honorable Jane R. Roth, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the recipient of the Honey F. Colby Memorial Scholarship. Mr. McMackin has been inducted into the Phi Delta Phi and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies, as well as Sigma Phi Epsilon.
