Amy Arnott Quinlan is an associate in both the Business Litigation and Professional Liability Practice Groups. She has represented clients in complex litigation in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels, and before various administrative tribunals. She has litigated matters involving a wide variety of substantive issues, including corporate and alternative entity governance, fiduciary duties, business tort, intellectual property, trade regulation, professional liability and insurance coverage. In the area of professional liability litigation, Ms. Quinlan focuses on representing physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers in defense of medical malpractice claims.
Ms. Quinlan graduated from Bates College in 1988 and received her law degree in 1991 from Boston University School of Law. Ms. Quinlan is admitted to practice in Delaware, and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. She is a member of the American and Delaware State Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Delaware Pro Bono Inn of Court and serves as a Guardian Ad Litem through the Office of the Child Advocate for the Family Court of Delaware.
