Jason C. Jowers is an associate in Morris James' Business Litigation and Corporate and Fiduciary Litigation Practice Groups. He focuses on matters involving corporate directors and stockholders as well as complex commercial litigation. Mr. Jowers has litigated matters involving a variety of substantive issues, including contract disputes, business torts, fiduciary duties, trade secret misappropriation, covenants not to compete, and toxic torts.

Mr. Jowers graduated in 2000 from Rhodes College, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science cum laude with honors. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 2003 from the George Washington University Law School. While at George Washington, Mr. Jowers was both a member and coach of the law school's Mock Trial Team, which advanced to the National Quarterfinals of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America's Student Trial Advocacy Competition in 2003.

Mr. Jowers is admitted in Delaware, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.
