Ms. Sherman is an associate in the Business Litigation and Corporate and Fiduciary Litigation Practice Groups where she focuses on issues involving corporate and complex commercial litigation. She has litigated matters involving a wide variety of substantive issues including contract, corporate governance and fiduciary duties, as well as bankruptcy litigation.
Ms. Sherman graduated from Bryn Mawr College magna cum laude in 1998 and received her law degree in 2001 from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. Ms. Sherman is admitted to practice in Delaware, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American, Delaware and Pennsylvania State Bar Associations.
