Patricia R. Uhlenbrock is an associate in the Corporate and Fiduciary Litigation Practice group where she focuses on issues involving corporate and commercial litigation. She has litigated individual, class, and derivative actions involving a broad range of substantive issues, including corporate governance, fiduciary duties, valuation, contract, environmental, insurance, and state and local government issues.
Ms. Uhlenbrock graduated magna cum laude from Widener University School of Law in 2000. While at Widener, she was designated a Widener Scholar, served as an Academic Support Fellow, and was selected as a member of the Phi Kappa Phi national honor society. She served as a Research Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and during 1999-2000, served as the Josiah Oliver Wolcott law clerk to the Honorable E. Norman Veasey, then-Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court. Upon graduation from Widener, Ms. Uhlenbrock was the recipient of the Lindsay Law Library Award for excellence in legal writing. She is the author of Roll Out the Barrel: The SEC Reverses its Stance on Employment-Related Shareholder Proposals under Rule 14a-8 - Again, 25 Del. J. Corp. L. 277 (2000). Ms. Uhlenbrock received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
Ms. Uhlenbrock is admitted to practice in Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. She is a member of the American and Delaware State Bar Associations, and is a member of the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court.
