Ms. Skouvakis is an associate in the Corporate and Fiduciary Litigation and Business Litigation Practice Groups. She focuses her litigation practice in the areas of fiduciary disputes, stock appraisals, stockholder class and derivative actions, and complex commercial issues.

Ms. Skouvakis graduated from Columbia University's Barnard College in 2002 and received her law degree from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in 2005. While in law school, Ms. Skouvakis served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Penn State Law Review, which was founded in 1897 and is one of the oldest continually published law school journals in the country. Ms. Skouvakis also clerked for the Honorable Edward E. Guido of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas.

Ms. Skouvakis is admitted to practice law in Delaware.
