Mr. Walker is an associate in the Corporate and Fiduciary Litigation and Business Litigation Practice Groups where he focuses on issues involving corporate and complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Walker received his J.D., cum laude, from the George Mason University School of Law in 2005, where he was awarded a School of Law Fellowship. While in law school, Mr. Walker served as a Book Review Editor for the Journal of Law, Economics & Policy and helped start George Mason's Clinic For Legal Assistance to Servicemembers. He received his B.A. in Philosophy, cum laude, from James Madison University in 2000.
Mr. Walker is admitted to practice law in Delaware.
