John M. Bloxom, IV practices in the area of real estate law, focusing on commercial, office and industrial real estate construction, development, finance and leasing. Mr. Bloxom serves as general counsel to several of Delaware's largest owners and operators of commercial, office, industrial and residential real estate in matters involving all aspects of real estate law. In addition, he serves as general counsel to a public agency and as special Delaware counsel to several publicly held companies with extensive real estate holdings in Delaware. He is a 1983 cum laude graduate of Washington & Lee University School of Law and a graduate of the University of Virginia.
