John H. Newcomer, Jr. practices in the areas of real estate law and business litigation.
In his real estate practice, Mr. Newcomer represents landowners and developers in the acquisition and financing of property within Delaware. His litigation practice involves a wide range of commercial and real property disputes.
Mr. Newcomer is a member of the Real Estate Section of the Delaware State Bar Association, and a Master of the Bench of the Richard S. Rodney Inns of Court. He is past president of Business Network International, Bear Chapter. He currently serves on the executive Board of the Downtown Newark Partnership and chairs its Parking Commitee. He is also on the Board of Trustees of his church. Mr. Newcomer is a 1984 graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was managing editor of the Law Review, and a cum laude graduate of Dickinson College.
