Michael J. Custer is an associate in the Litigation Group, where he practices in the areas of Business Litigation and Corporate and Fiduciary Litigation.
Mr. Custer graduated from Boston College in 2000 with a B.A. in Political Science. He received his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2006. While at Temple, Mr. Custer was a member of the International and Comparative Law Journal, and received publication for his article "Punishing Child Soldiers: The Special Court for Sierra Leone and the Lessons to Be Learned from the United States’ Juvenile Justice System". Also while at Temple, Mr. Custer was recognized for his skills in oral advocacy.
