Vincent C. Thomas is an associate in the Transactional Group, where he practices in the areas of Tax and Estates and Trusts.
Mr. Thomas joined Morris James LLP after completing a one-year clerkship in 2005-06 with the Honorable Myron T. Steele, Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court. Mr. Thomas received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware in 2002, and received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2005. While in law school, Mr. Thomas served as the Josiah Oliver Wolcott law clerk to the Honorable Stephen P. Lamb, Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery, served as an Articles Editor on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, and was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi national honor society.
Mr. Thomas is admitted to practice law in Delaware. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Delaware.
