Jonathan G. Strauss is an associate involved with the Corporations and Other Business Organizations and Financial Institutions and Commercial Transactions practice groups.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994 from Bucknell University and received a J.D. degree in 2002, suma cum laude, from Catholic University, Columbus School of Law.
Mr. Strauss is admitted to practice before the Delaware Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, the New Jersey Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, The Pennsylvania State Bar Association, and the Delaware State Bar Association.
