New Lawyers’ Survival Guide, Young Lawyers Section of the Delaware State Bar Association

Elizabeth A. Powers contributed to three articles discussing the Delaware Supreme Court published in the first annual New Lawyers’ Survival Guide, a distribution of the Young Lawyers Section of the Delaware State Bar Association in coordination with the Commission on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of Delaware. Beth discussed the basics of the Supreme Court, Filing Requirements in the Supreme Court and Practice Pointers for the Supreme Court. This publication is to be given out to all new attorneys when they are admitted to the Bar of the State of Delaware.

The New Lawyers' Survival Guide provides insight into practicing law in Delaware with tips, how-to information, references, and other guidance for a variety of practices. The guide was written and edited by Delaware's own practitioners and includes contributions from its renowned judiciary.
