Children from elementary schools in all three Delaware counties attended the 10th annual reenactment of the climactic "Miracle on 34th Street" courtroom scene given by Delaware judges, attorneys and other members of the legal community. This event is a teachable moment for the students and gives the judges and attorneys a chance to share a little Christmas spirit.

Morris James attorney Richard Herrmann came up with the cheerful idea and has been organizing and acting in the scene each year, bringing Kris Kringle and more than 15,000 Delaware children together in the courtroom. Read more about the trial of Kris Kringle here via Delaware Online.
