Thomas E. Hanson, Jr. Appointed to Supreme Court of Delaware Rules Committee
The Delaware Supreme Court has appointed Morris James partner Thomas E. Hanson, Jr. to a two-year term on the Supreme Court Rules Committee. The Committee works with Chief Justice Leo E. Strine, Jr., and other members of the Court, to evaluate and recommend rules and procedures governing practice before Delaware’s Supreme Court. Mr. Hanson practices primarily in Delaware's state courts representing large and medium size companies in a wide range of disputes, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts and alternative entities.
