On February 5, 2016, Morris James partner Shannon S. Frazier participated in an ethics seminar presented by the Delaware State Bar Association and the St. Thomas More Society. Mrs. Frazier was part of a panel that discussed “Ethics in Transactional Practice.” The moderators were The Honorable Mary M. Johnston and Matthew F. Boyer, Esquire. The program provided CLE credits for enhanced ethics for Delaware and Pennsylvania attorneys.
