Jason Jowers Named on Benchmark Litigation Under 40 Hot List
Partner Jason C. Jowers has been recognized in the Under 40 Hot List, a new accolade of Benchmark Litigation meant to honor the achievements of the nation’s most accomplished legal partners of the age of forty or younger. This inaugural issue, based on peer research and client reviews, has been developed by Benchmark to identify partners age 40 or younger who have been earmarked to be leading the firm into the next 20 years. Benchmark Litigation focuses exclusively on litigation lawyers and firms in the United States. Recommendations are based on extensive face-to-face and telephone interviews with the nation’s leading private practice lawyers and in-house counsel.

He primarily represents members and managers of LLCs, officers and directors of corporations, and companies in high-stakes litigation. He is active in the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. He currently serves as the Chair of the Partnerships and Alternative Entities Sub-Committee of the Business and Corporate Litigation Committee of the Business Law Section.
