Retired Vice Chancellor John W. Noble is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Group and co-chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Group. He served as Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery for fifteen years, having retired in 2016.
His practice focuses on corporate governance and alternative dispute resolution including Delaware corporate law issues arising out of litigation and transactional matters.
