Ross C. Karsnitz is an associate in Morris James' Georgetown office. His practice focuses on real estate and commercial litigation matters. He handles a wide variety of civil litigation including personal injury, workers compensation, business and real estate in the Georgetown Office. Ross was raised in Sussex County Delaware, and is a second generation attorney with both his mother and father practicing in Delaware.
After graduating from Delaware Law School, cum laude, Ross clerked for the Honorable Jan R. Jurden, President Judge of the Delaware Superior Court. Following his clerkship, Ross practiced criminal defense for the Office of Defense Services, rising through the ranks from Kent County Family Court to New Castle County Superior Court. By the end of his time at the Office of Defense Services, he was litigating first chair on capital murder cases.
