Thomas E. Hanson, Jr. focuses his practice on issues involving corporate and commercial litigation. He often represents large and medium size companies in complex disputes involving breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duty, expedited requests for injunctive relief, dissolution and the enforcement of restrictive covenants.

Tom has recently represented clients in matters involving:

  • Breaches of commercial agreements and complex contracts
  • Expedited motions for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions
  • Breaches of fiduciary duty
  • Breaches of limited liability company agreements
  • Inspection of corporate books and records
  • Trade secret violations
