Richard has been actively practicing patent litigation in the District of Delaware for more than 15 years. Representative clients have included Alcon, Allied Signal, Allergan, Amgen, Amoco, Borg Warner, Dow, GlaxoSmithKline, Interdigital, Micron, Motorola, and Netscape. Representative law firms have included Finnegan Henderson, Hovey Williams, Kelly Drye, Kirkland & Ellis, Milbank, Paul Hastings, Sidley Austin, and Winston & Strawn.
He teaches Electronic Discovery for the National Judicial College and Widener University School of Law.
