R. Eric Hacker Joins Morris James LLP’s Real Estate and Business Litigation Practices

Morris James LLP is pleased to announce that R. Eric Hacker has joined the firm’s Georgetown office as an associate in its Real Estate and Business Litigation practice groups. His practice will focus on residential and commercial real estate, and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Morris James, Mr. Hacker worked as a Mediator/ADR Specialist and Judicial Law Clerk for the Family Court of the State of Delaware. His experience also includes being an Appeals Referee for the Delaware Department of Labor, where he presided over 900 lower authority appeals hearings of unemployment benefits cases and researched and wrote administrative law.

“With his breadth of experience, Eric Hacker will be a great addition to our Business Litigation and Real Estate teams, bringing value to both the groups and our clients,” said Managing Partner David H. Williams.
