Lewis Lazarus and Albert Manwaring Speak at DSBA Corporate Law Update

Morris James partners Lewis H. Lazarus and Albert H. Manwaring IV participated in a panel discussion titled, Corwin, Appraisal and Alternative Entity Developments: Updates That Transactional Lawyers and Litigators Need To Know, A View From the Bench and Bar" at the annual corporate law CLE sponsored by the Corporation Law Council of the DSBA on June 6th.

Lewis Lazarus moderated the discussion and Albert Manwaring presented on Corwin and other developments of Delaware corporate law.  Other topics discussed included appraisal, recent alternative entity case law, and the Council’s proposed 2018 amendments to the statutes governing Delaware’s business organizations.

The program assembled a distinguished panel including The Honorable J. Travis Laster of the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware , Megan Ward Cascio, Esquire of Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell LLP; Allison L. Norwitz, Esquire of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.  The panel was moderated by  Lewis H. Lazarus, Esquire of Morris James LLP and Ellisa Opstbaum Habbart, Esquire of The Delaware Counsel Group LLP.
