Brittany Yodis Admitted to the Delaware Bar
Congratulations to Brittany Yodis who was admitted to the Delaware Bar on Wednesday, December 12, 2018. Brittany will enhance the firm's Tax, Estates and Business Practice by providing personal and business-related tax planning, commercial transactions, and estate planning services.
In law school, Brittany served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Sue L. Robinson in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, as well as a Research Assistant focusing on tax administration, tax compliance, and issues affecting the low-income taxpayer community. She also worked at the Villanova University School of Law Federal Tax Clinic, where she represented individual taxpayers and small-business owners in controversies with the Internal Revenue Service and before the United States Tax Court. After graduating from law school, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable Sherry R. Fallon in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Brittany is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania and has a Master of Laws in Taxation.
