How quickly will I receive a response to my e-mails?
You will continue to receive timely responses – there will be no disruption in this regard. If you have an urgent inquiry and have not received a response, please contact Keith Donovan, Sherry Perna or Dawn Sheiker.
What is the best way to communicate with my lawyers?
All of the lawyers and their staff at Morris James remain fully connected. You can contact them at their morrisjames.com email address or via their office telephone number.
Will you still be able to attend court or deal with court filings?
The courts before which we appear regularly are taking steps to minimize risk and have limited operations. We are monitoring this situation to ensure that we will be able to make court filings and bring emergency proceedings as necessary. Click here for updates from the courts.
How will we hold meetings with you?
We are able to meet with you virtually through conference call or WebEx.
Will I continue to get billing and budget updates?
Our accounting departments are working remotely alongside our lawyers. We will be able to provide you the required information on a timely basis.
I need to deliver something to a lawyer, what is the process for that?
Please call your lawyer to discuss. We are encouraging everyone to communicate information electronically, but do have options available to our lawyers should the need arise for in-person deliveries or meetings. We also have access to couriers who can do pick ups and deliveries.
