Adams participated in a panel titled  Changes in M&A Litigation—The Migration from Chancery Court to 10b-5 Securitas Class Actions during the Symposium for Judges on the Economics of Corporate & Securities Law on April 12, 2018 in San Diego, California sponsored by the Law & Economics Center, George Mason University School of Law.   The panel, moderated by The Honorable Myron T. Steele, Partner, Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, and former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware, also included T. Brad Davey, Partner, Potter, Anderson, Corroon LLP, Sean J. Griffith, Fordham University Law School, and J. Daniel Albert, Partner, Kessler Topaz Meltzer Check LLP.
