Morris James partner Ian McCauley recently presented at the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association annual convention on Friday, June 15, 2018. Ian discussed eDiscovery for the Trial Lawyer, with an emphasis on document preservation strategies as well as recent eDiscovery developments.
Ian McCauley is a Partner in Morris James’ Business Litigation group and leads the firm’s eDiscovery practice. Ian’s practice is focused on electronic discovery from the anticipation to the conclusion of litigation. Ian has significant experience advising litigants in the Court of Chancery, Superior Court, and District Court on making defensible, efficient, and strategic decisions regarding the preservation, collection, and production of electronically stored information (“ESI”). In addition to eDiscovery, Ian advises clients and co-counsel on litigation readiness, information governance, and data privacy issues.
