Morris James LLP is pleased to share that partner Brett D. Fallon will continue his longtime dedication to improving local education through his continued service as a member of the Board of Directors of the Jack Carney Family Foundation, formerly known as The Human Ecology Foundation.
He has supported the organization for over six years in its efforts to provide support to elementary school students through after-school programs and encouraging students to be involved in the community. Brett has served in numerous community leadership roles in Delaware, including being a Wilmington Friends School Board of Trustee, and as the Chair of the Delaware Health Resources Board.
On Friday, March 6th at Catherine Rooney’s in Trolley Square in Wilmington, Brett will serve as a featured bartender for the Jack Carney Family Foundation’s annual Saint Patrick’s Day fundraiser.
As an attorney, Brett is a member of Morris James’ Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights practice. He represents debtors and creditors of all types. Brett has guided clients through the Delaware Courts for over 30 years, which makes him an extraordinary repository of knowledge about the Delaware practice, its judges and lawyers.
