Two Morris James Lawyers Receive “Lawyer of the Year” Award

Morris James proudly announces that Best Lawyers of America 2022© has named Jill Spevack Di Sciullo and David Williams "Lawyer of the Year" in their respective practices in Delaware. Individuals honored as “Lawyer of the Year” have received particularly high ratings for their professional abilities, expertise, and integrity. Jill Spevack Di Sciullo was named in the area of Family Law and David for Litigation – Labor and Employment. "Lawyer of the Year" recognition is awarded to individual lawyers with extremely high overall peer-feedback for a specific practice area and geographic location.

Jill Spevack Di Sciullo has over 20 years of experience representing clients in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties. She guides clients through all aspects of domestic relations matters. Jill represents clients in complicated property division matters involving dividing businesses and various other types of property, as well as drafting and negotiating premarital agreements. She represents clients in adoption matters, custody, and child support matters, and assists clients in preparing and negotiating Gestational Carrier Agreements. Jill was also recognized by Best Lawyers of America 2022 for her representation of individuals in family law matters.  

David Williams has more than 35 years of experience in the areas of employment law and education law, representing private and public employers, 17 school districts, a college, and 2 private schools. He represents employers in a wide variety of litigation matters, administrative proceedings, arbitration, and collective bargaining issues, as well as counsels and represents educational institutions in the full spectrum of legal issues. Dave was previously named "Lawyer of the Year" for his representation of employers in 2019, 2018 and 2015.
