Partner Reneta Green-Streett participated in a panel discussion at the Delaware State Bar Association's Rubenstein-Walsh Seminar on February 12, 2021 alongside Vice Chancellor Kathaleen St. Jude McCormick of the Delaware Court of Chancery. The pair presented "Ethical Issues in Zoom Depositions," focusing in on the various issues lawyers are facing while practicing law in the Zoom era.
Reneta is a Partner in the Morris James Personal Injury Practice with over ten years of experience litigating personal injury, premises liability, and property damage matters in all of Delaware’s courts of law. Reneta also teaches Torts for the paralegal program at Delaware Technical Community College's Dover and Georgetown campuses. When she is not zealously advocating for her clients, Reneta enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dogs, and watching just about any type of sports - especially the Philadelphia Eagles.
