Partner Jason C. Jowers has been recognized in the Under 40 Hot List of Benchmark Litigation, which honors the achievements of the nation’s most accomplished legal partners of the age of forty or younger. According to Benchmark Litigation, these practitioners “have been deemed the most promising emerging talent in their respective litigation communities … by peers and clients.” Benchmark Litigation focuses exclusively on litigation lawyers and firms in the United States and Canada. Mr. Jowers was one of only seven Delaware attorneys selected for this recognition.
Mr. Jowers focuses his practice on alternative entity, corporate, and commercial litigation. He primarily represents members and managers of LLCs, officers and directors of corporations, and companies in high-stakes litigation. Mr. Jowers currently serves as a member of the Delaware Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division Advisory Committee. Additionally, he is active in the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. He is the Former Chair of the Partnerships and Alternative Entities Sub-Committee of the Business and Corporate Litigation Committee of the Business Law Section. Mr. Jowers also regularly authors articles relating to alternative entity litigation and corporate litigation issues, including for the “Delaware Insider” section of Business Law Today.
