Morris James is pleased to welcome Christopher Quinn and Barnaby Grzaslewicz to its Corporate and Commercial Litigation Group. The addition of these attorneys is a part of our firm’s commitment to growth and providing the highest quality legal services to clients.
“We are thrilled to have Chris and Barnaby join Morris James,” says Albert Manwaring, Chair of the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Group. “They are skilled and experienced corporate litigators, who demonstrate a strong command of Delaware law. They bring depth to our practice and ability to deliver superior client service.”
Christopher Quinn earned his JD, cum laude, in 2012 from Villanova University School of Law, where he served as the Associate Editor for the Villanova Law Review. Prior to joining Morris James, Christopher was associated for several years with a boutique litigation firm in Delaware, where his practice focused on the prosecution of stockholder class and derivative actions asserting claims for breach of fiduciary duty. He leverages his experience representing stockholder plaintiffs to bring a unique perspective to his current representations.
Barnaby Grzaslewicz graduated magna cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2014. Upon graduation from law school, Barnaby served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Robert B. Young of the Superior Court of the State of Delaware. Prior to joining Morris James, Barnaby was associated with a large, well-respected corporate litigation firm in Delaware. He has represented clients in a wide range of matters including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and business tort claims, as well as in disputes arising under Delaware’s business statutes.
