Personal Injury Partner Michael Owen will participate in two upcoming panels: The Delaware State Bar Association's (DSBA) 2024 Fundamentals of Law Practice Management CLE and the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association (DTLA) Annual Convention.
At the DSBA Fundamentals of Law Practice Management CLE, Mike will focus on the important relationship between lawyers and their clients. This course, one of the seven Fundamentals courses offered by DSBA, covers the decisions lawyers must make when dealing with their clients, working within the rules of ethics, and seeking assistance when situations become difficult.
Additionally, at the DTLA Annual Convention, Mike will share strategies for managing premises liability cases. This presentation will provide valuable insights and practical advice for handling these complex cases effectively.
