Morris James is pleased to announce that Phillip M. Casale has joined the firm's medical professional liability litigation practice group. As an experienced litigator, Phillip worked at the Delaware Department of Justice for eight years as a Deputy Attorney General in the Criminal Division, including as the Unit Head for the State's largest Felony Trial Unit. He was responsible for managing a team of twenty lawyers and staff while working on a caseload of complex and high profile prosecutions.

Phillip represents hospitals, medical practices, and physicians in the defense of medical malpractice claims. He graduated from Widener University School of Law, cum laude, in 2012 and received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware in 2009.
