William W. Weller is a Paralegal in the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Right practice group, and has been in that capacity since he joined the Firm in 2002. Bill has vast experience in not only the Delaware Bankruptcy Court, but also in other Districts’ Bankruptcy Courts, United States District Courts, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Bill graduated from Villanova University’s Paralegal Education Program (A.B.A. approved) in 2002, and prior to that, graduated from the University of Delaware in 1994, B.A., Criminal Justice. Bill is a member of the Delaware Paralegal Association.
Bill has been active in the community, and has been the President of Airmont Civic Association since 2011. Prior to joining Morris James, Bill worked as an analyst for Mellon Bank/Citigroup from 1994 to 2002.
