Dawn V. Sheiker

Dawn Sheiker is a business development executive whose experience includes change management, strategic planning, lawyer coaching, and practice group management. She is known as a conceptual thinker and effective manager with a proven ability to increase profitability and market penetration. Dawn is skilled at seeing the big picture and identifying strategies to grow the business. 

Dawn is currently the Director of Client Relations at Morris James LLP. In this role, she provides consultative support to attorneys to develop and execute effective business plans that ensure superior client service. She also builds personal relationships with key clients and referral sources to gain actionable feedback to drive revenue. 

Dawn is a Past-President of the Legal Marketing Association Northeast Region. She also served on the 2022 Annual Conference Planning Committee for LMA. Dawn has been actively involved in LMA leadership since 2013, serving as the legacy Metro Philadelphia Chapter’s Treasurer and President. She is a frequent speaker on client service, strategic planning, and business development topics.
