Elizabeth A. Powers



Elizabeth A. Powers is a member of the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Group at Morris James whose practice focuses primarily on corporate governance, stockholder litigation, fiduciary duties, and complex commercial litigation. Elizabeth has represented and advised clients in a wide range of business disputes in the Delaware Supreme Court, Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Superior Court, including the Complex Commercial Litigation Division. Prior to joining Morris James, Elizabeth served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mary M. Johnston, a member of the Delaware Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division.
