Overview

Laura G. Readinger is Counsel in the Corporate and Fiduciary Litigation group of Morris James. Laura’s practice is focused on dealing with the challenges associated with electronic discovery. She provides effective and efficient project management solutions to clients in what is a complex and continually changing area of litigation. Laura has considerable experience working on cases in the Court of Chancery, the Superior Court, including the Complex Commercial Litigation Division, and the District Court. Laura has been recognized by her peers as a Top Lawyer in the area of eDiscovery and Technology in Delaware Today® Magazine.

  • Drafting document collection plans and conducting custodian interviews
  • Drafting discovery related motions and responses
  • Selecting and communicating with vendors
  • Using early case assessment and advanced analytic techniques, such as threading and predictive coding
  • Managing large-scale reviews of electronically stored information in various platforms, including Relativity, Logikcull, Concordance, and Ringtail
  • Conducting in-depth confidentiality and privilege analysis
  • Drafting privilege logs
  • Managing the production of documents for discovery, deposition preparation, and trial
