Damon B. Ferrara



Damon B. Ferrara is an attorney in the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on corporate and complex commercial litigation for business entities formed under Delaware law.

Before earning his law degree, Damon served as an Army Infantry Officer with the 101st Airborne Division and deployed to Afghanistan in Operation Enduring Freedom. During law school, Damon had legal externships in the United States House of Representatives Committee on Homeland Security and in the office of the Acting Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission under the Honorable Maureen K. Ohlhausen. He also served as a legal intern for Taiwan’s largest law firm and for an international bank in Hong Kong. He speaks Mandarin Chinese fluently.
